A clinic team at work in the middle of an ordinary day

We build the system a clinic actually runs on

Not a booking widget bolted to a spreadsheet. One place where the first message and the final invoice are the same story.

About Clinic+

A clinic is one continuous thread. Most software cuts it into eight.

A patient asks a question at midnight, books a slot, arrives, is examined, is charged, and comes back in six months. That is one thread.

Clinics run it across a booking page, a calendar, a paper file, an accounting app and a phone that rings all morning. Every seam between those tools is somewhere a patient can be lost, double-booked, charged twice, or simply never called back. The work of running a clinic becomes the work of carrying information across gaps that software created.

Clinic+ is the argument that the thread should stay whole. Scheduling, clinical records, billing and stock sit in one system, and an AI assistant sits at the front of it — reading the same calendar your front desk reads, writing into the same records your clinicians write. Not an integration between four products. One product that was never divided.

What we hold to

Four rules that decide arguments internally, which is the only test of whether a principle is real.

A feature is the whole chain or it is not a feature

A booking rule lives in the widget, the availability endpoint, the function that writes the appointment, the panel setting that governs it, and the sentence explaining that setting. Ship four of the five and you have not shipped a rule — you have shipped a bug with good intentions.

The assistant hands over rather than guesses

When the conversation moves past what it can answer from your calendar and your clinic rules, it passes the patient to your team instead of inventing something plausible. A confident wrong answer about a treatment costs more than a slow right one.

Every clinic is a sealed room

Isolation between clinics is enforced in the database rules, not in the application code that happens to query them. A query that forgets which clinic it belongs to fails rather than leaks — the boundary holds even when we make a mistake above it.

The record keeps the language it was signed in

A consent form printed in Turkish stays Turkish in the record, even after the clinic switches its panel to English. What the patient actually read is a fact about that day, not a display preference that should be re-rendered later.

The trial is the whole product, not a limited tier. If it does not fit, we would rather you find out in a fortnight than in a year.
