What decides your price
A seat is a seat
Doctor, front desk, accounts, assistant — one login costs one seat, whoever it belongs to. You never have to work out which category a new hire falls into, and we never have to audit the answer.
Nothing is metered
No cap on appointments, patients, transactions, stock items or assistant conversations. Every usage metric fails the same way: you hit the wall on the day you are busiest.
The tier is the whole tier
The clinical record is not a separate product. Neither are the consent forms, nor the assistant. The only thing that changes what you pay is how many people need a login.

Forever, and without a card. One seat and fifty patients. Appointments are unlimited even there — a cap on those would land on your busiest day. You move to Solo when a second person needs a login, or when the fiftieth patient walks in.
What counts as a seat?
One login is one seat. We do not care what the person does — doctor, front desk, accounts and assistant all count the same. Adding people inside your tier is free; past it, an extra seat is $15 on Solo and $12 on Suite. Network has no per-seat fee at all.
What are the usage limits on the paid plans?
There are none. No cap on appointments, patients, transactions, stock items or assistant conversations. A limit you can hit is a limit that stops you seeing patients, which is the one thing this is not allowed to do.
How do I try the paid product?
There is no trial, because the free plan is not one. It has no card, no countdown and no end date, so you can run on it for as long as it carries you and move up the day it stops. Changing plan takes effect immediately, and you can go back down again.
What is not built yet?
Card payments, SMS and WhatsApp reminders, API access and SSO. They are marked on the roadmap in the table above and are not sold on any plan, including Network. The finance module records what you were paid; it does not collect it for you.
Can I take the Clinic+ badge off the widget?
No — not on any plan, Network included. Every free clinic runs the widget with our name on it, and that is what pays for the free plan. Selling the badge away would mean charging the clinics that keep it.
Where does our patient data live?
On Google Cloud, in the European Union. Clinics in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland get the matching transfer clauses attached automatically from the country on the account.
