What's included in the 14-day free trial?
Full access to every Professional plan feature for 14 days. No credit card required; once the trial ends you can downgrade to Starter or cancel.
How easy is it to switch plans?
One click. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades keep the higher plan active until the current billing period ends, then drop down automatically.
Where is patient data stored?
Data lives on Firebase / Google Cloud (EU — Frankfurt) by default. Privacy-compliant processing; Enterprise customers can request alternate regions.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export your data as JSON / CSV at any time. After cancellation, data stays in archive for 30 days, then is permanently deleted.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes — annual billing saves 2 months (16% off). Billed once per year.
Can I request a feature not on the Enterprise plan?
You can. Enterprise feature requests get roadmap priority; some integrations are built bespoke for customers.
