Practice management for cosmetic and plastic surgery
Few patients, long decisions, large sums — losing a single enquiry is genuinely expensive. Yours get answered at 2am in their own language, handed to a person the moment it matters, and consultation, surgery and follow-up stay one pathway rather than three unrelated appointments.
14 days, the whole product. No card to start, nothing charged if you stop.
Consultation, operation, follow-up — one pathway instead of three unrelated appointments.

- Consultation, quotes and pricing

- Follow-up appointments
It already knows how you like this handled
When the patient asks about a cosmetic procedure (rhinoplasty, liposuction, etc.)
- 1Ask which procedure they are interested in and their goal.
- 2Note that a consultation is needed for an exact plan and price.
- 3Offer a consultation appointment.
Where it earns its place in your week
No number gets invented on your behalf
Surgical services are priced on request, because an examination comes first. The assistant books the consultation instead of guessing, and the figures you do publish come out word for word.
The pathway holds together
Consultation, surgery, post-operative checks — long slots, consent recorded against the procedure, follow-ups created the moment the operation completes.
An enquiry at 2am is still an enquiry
International patients decide in a chat window. It answers in their language, hands over the moment it is out of its depth, and the conversation waits in a shared inbox rather than on somebody's personal phone.
The detail
What running a cosmetic surgery clinic on Clinic+ actually looks like
Four parts of a visit — what you write down, when they come in, how you get paid, what brings them back. Everything listed here exists today.
What you write down
01- Consultation notes, photographs and consent held as one pathway rather than three records.
- Weight, waist and body fat as a series — “stable for six months” is a precondition you can only assert if you recorded it.
- The post-operative course prescribed with dose, frequency and duration rather than written on a slip.
- Consent recorded against the specific procedure, in the language it was signed in.
- An operative record with implant lot and serial numbers — so a withdrawal notice is one search, not an afternoon.
- Post-operative checks on the same record as the surgery that caused them.
- Clinical records and sensitive financial fields behind separate permissions.
When they come in
02- Two-hour surgical slots set on the service, so theatre time is blocked properly.
- Consultation slots that fit around an operating list.
- Post-operative follow-ups set on the operative record, one at a time, each decided at the visit before it.
- A booking horizon long enough for a patient arranging travel and time off.
How you get paid
03- Priced on request by default — an examination comes before a figure.
- A quote the patient accepts on their phone, billed to their account when you say so and not before.
- Locked answers for the numbers you do publish, sent word for word with no model involved.
- Instalments across consultation, surgery and aftercare.
- Payment in the patient’s currency, with the rate stored on the day it arrived.
What brings them back
04- Follow-ups that hang off the operation itself, so what they are returning for is never guesswork.
- Reminders that reach an international patient who has flown home.
- The assistant answers at 2am in their language and hands over the moment it matters.
- Every conversation waits in a shared inbox, so an enquiry is never lost with one person.
Questions it can answer before you have written anything
These come with cosmetic & plastic surgery and you can rewrite any of them. Add four or five of your own in the first week and you will notice the phone ringing less — it is the cheapest improvement available to you.
How the FAQ feeds the assistantHow long is recovery?
Recovery time varies by procedure; for most, the initial period lasts a few weeks and is tracked with follow-ups. We share specifics during your consultation.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on the procedure, its scope and your personalized plan; we recommend a consultation for an exact quote.
Before you decide
The questions that decide whether this fits, including the ones where the answer is no.
- Can I bring my patient list across from my current system?
- Yes — export your patients as a CSV and the import wizard reads the columns, suggests a mapping and lets you correct it before anything is written. It carries contact details: name, phone, email, date of birth, gender, national id, address and preferred language. What it does NOT carry is appointment history, clinical notes or financial history. Those either stay in your old system as an archive or come across by hand, and that is worth planning for before you pick a switchover date.
- Can consent be recorded properly for surgical work?
- Yes, and this is the part worth checking carefully. Consent is recorded against the work it covers and keeps the wording and the language it was signed in — so what the patient actually agreed to is retrievable, rather than a checkbox with today's version of the form behind it.
- Can we take a deposit for a long theatre slot?
- Yes. Payments are recorded against the visit and the balance can sit on an instalment plan, with what is paid and what is left on the patient record. Deposits are worth the friction exactly where the slot is long and hard to refill, which is this.
- How are before-and-after photographs handled?
- On the record, behind the clinical-records permission rather than alongside the phone number. Consent to publish is recorded separately from consent to treat, and every export of a patient's images is written to the audit log on the Network plan.
- Can a long procedure block the room for the right length of time?
- Yes — duration comes from the service, so a two-hour procedure blocks two hours without anybody remembering to. Blocked time for turnaround and maintenance is invisible to patients and refused for booking.
- Does it handle theatre lists or anaesthetic records?
- No. This is practice management with clinical records in it, not a surgical information system. Theatre scheduling as a hospital would understand it, and anaesthetic charting, are outside what it does.
- Is there really a free plan, or is it a trial?
- A plan. One seat, no card, and it does not expire. You are not evaluating against a countdown, which matters because a fortnight is not long enough to tell whether a clinic system fits — a month of real bookings is.
