Your public clinic link
The page patients can reach without your website, and what happens to the old address when you rename.
Every clinic gets a public page with its details, hours and booking entry point. It is useful on its own if you do not have a website yet, and useful next to one if you do — it is a link you can put in a bio or on a printed card.
What is on it
- Your name, address, phone and opening hours.
- Your specialties and services.
- Your FAQ entries.
- A way to start a conversation and book.
The page is a projection built when you save, not a live read of your clinic record. That is why it stays fast under load and why an edit takes a moment to appear.
Renaming it
You can change the handle whenever you like. The old address keeps redirecting to the new one for 30 days before it expires and becomes claimable again.
Thirty days is enough for a social bio or a poster to catch up, not enough to rename casually every month. Treat a printed handle as something you change once.
Hiding it
Setting visibility to hidden makes the page return a soft 404 without giving up the handle — nobody else can take it while you are not using it. Useful for a clinic that only takes referrals, or one that is not open yet.

- The handle I want is taken.
- Handles are global and first-come. If the one you want is held by a clinic that has since renamed, it frees up 30 days after their change.
- Can I use my own domain?
- Not for this page today. What you can do is embed the assistant on your own site, which puts booking on your domain even though the public page is on ours.
